The approach
In order to monitor the fall of operations from Front to Back Offices, the entity decides to have a single central point for tracking and functional monitoring of the information exchanged between systems.
Results
The entity has a tool for the integral management of the fall of operations between systems that are reported by the entity’s ESB (Murex, STAR, Calypso FO&BO, Abaco, etc.).
The execution of the project allowed the entity:
➔ Monitoring of communications between 15 Applications.
➔ Monitoring 25,000 operations per day (140,000 messages), 500,000 operations per month.
➔ More than 50 Back and Middle Office users.
➔ Monitoring of 4 Locations: Europe, Mexico, USA and Asia.
