The approach
The company has NPS information dispersed in different information sources, both internal and external, making it extremely difficult to track the different metrics that make up the NPS and itrs reporting.
Results
The project succeeded in standardizing the NPS calculation methodology and providing the user with extensive self-service capabilities for ad-hoc reporting without the intervention of technology area.
